The 3rd New Zealand Metals Industry Conference was held in Hamilton, New Zealand between 1st and 3rd November 2006. Over 300 delegates attended the three-day event, which comprised Industry Tours to local Hamilton engineering companies, Conference Exhibition, a Welcome Function, Opening ceremony, Plenary Sessions, seminars, Conference Dinner and Industry Gala Dinner. A great success, the 3rd MIC 2006 has received positive feedback for its up-to-date topics, depth of knowledge sharing and industry empowerment, varied social activities and quality of presentations.
